At Hotel Trisha Executive, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.


Cancellation & Refund Rules
  1. Cancellation Window:

    • You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time to be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Late Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a one night’s stay charge, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

  3. No Show:

    • In case of a no-show without any prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  4. Early Check-Out:

    • If you check out before the booked date, no refund will be provided for unused nights.


Refund Processing Time
  • If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of cancellation.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, card).

Important Notes
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any discounts or promotional bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • For group bookings or events, a separate cancellation policy may apply.
