At Hotel Trisha Executive, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Rules
Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time to be eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a one night’s stay charge, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.
No Show:
In case of a no-show without any prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Early Check-Out:
If you check out before the booked date, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Refund Processing Time
If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of cancellation.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, card).
Important Notes
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any discounts or promotional bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
For group bookings or events, a separate cancellation policy may apply.
